Terms And Conditions

You accept that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by making a reservation with or using a tour or service from Tripplannerpk.com. If you make a reservation on someone else's behalf, you warrant that you are authorized to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf and that you have the authority to do so.

1. Booking Contract

When Tripplannerpk.com issues a written confirmation following receipt of the necessary deposit, your reservation is confirmed and a contract is in place.
Please carefully review your confirmation, and immediately notify Tripplannerpk.com of any errors or omissions.

2. Executive Summary

Prices, including, occasionally, those of confirmed reservations, are liable to change. It is your duty to determine if this applies to any confirmed reservations you wish to cancel. Even if a booking is cancelled or does not progress for whatever reason that is not our fault, we will be entitled to keep our service fees. You are responsible for educating yourself on all facts pertaining to your travel arrangements, including but not limited to visa requirements and safety precautions. We may get extra payments or other rewards from suppliers, but we're not your agent. The authenticity of any published source content, including that on websites and brochures, is not our responsibility.

3. Validity

Dates, schedules, and prices are good from January 1 through December 31, 2024. Dates, itineraries, and costs after December 31, 2024 are simply estimates. Only the dates specified in the invoice or confirmation are valid for the reserved services. Flight tickets are typically only good for travel on the airlines for which they were originally purchased. It is no longer possible to transfer reservations to other airlines, alter itineraries, or add extra stops while a passenger is travelling. Tickets for flights must be used in the exact booking order. The consumer may lose the right to travel on all scheduled flights if particular flight routes are not used, or the airline may re-bill the ticket fee. This may cost more than the initial flight tickets that were purchased.

4. Deposit Requirement

You must pay a non-refundable deposit per person and per trip at the time of booking in order for your reservation to be confirmed. The entire fee is due at the time of booking if your reservation is booked less than 15 days before your scheduled departure. Please be aware that some trips may require a larger deposit.

5. Payment Terms

Penalties may apply if a consumer misses a payment deadline for their trip.

6. Rates and Inclusions

The prices and inclusions for your services vary. Make sure your clients are aware of the inclusions in your travel services and the vendors so they can be ready.

7. Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is a requirement for all of our clients. You are in charge of acquiring the insurance. Your travel insurance should offer protection from personal accident, death, medical costs, and emergency repatriation. We also strongly advise that it includes coverage for baggage loss, personal effects, personal liability, and cancellation and curtailment. The tour guide will ask you about your travel insurance on the first day of your vacation. Before departing, we advise you to carefully study the general terms and conditions of your insurance.

8. Special Requirement

Before making a reservation, you must discuss with your Consultant any particular needs you may have for your trip plans, such as specific food and seating preferences, accommodation type, or disability access. If you don't specifically let us know, we'll presume you don't have any special needs, and the reservation will be made in accordance with that assumptions.

9. Payments and Cancellation

Final payment is needed prior to departure or consumption in accordance with the terms and conditions of each provider (airline, hotel, cruise line, Transport Company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) engaged in your travel booking, unless otherwise specified during the reservation process. Reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits forfeited if final and full payment is not made by the applicable due date. Once a reservation is made and paid for, there is occasionally NO REFUND. If you decide to change or reschedule your trip, your right to a refund is constrained. Anthony Travel requires written notice of any cancellation requests. If you cancel, Anthony Travel and any additional suppliers' cancellation penalties will be charged. These penalties are described in your travel documents, on the websites of each supplier, and on https://www.anthonytravel.com. When making a reservation, cancellation policies are disclosed to you and provided upon confirmation. Please get in touch with your Anthony Travel agent if you have any issues or if any penalties are unclear. Any cancellation fees will either be added to the credit card you used to authorize the purchase of the travel services or subtracted from your refund from the supplier.

10. Force Majeure

A legal concept known as "force majeure" describes unforeseen events or situations that are beyond the parties' control. Events like natural catastrophes, political upheaval, and other unforeseen situations that make travel difficult or risky are examples of force majeure in the context of travel.

11. Limitations of Liability

This clause is intended to shield the travel agency against any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or indirect damages that might result from or relate to the services rendered. This clause aims to assist in limiting the travel agency's responsibility to the client to the whole amount of commissions the agency has received.

12. Complaints

If a client has a complaint about their trip, they should tell the trip manager or the local representative right away so that the issue can be resolved locally. We will not consider complaints that are submitted after the tour has ended if the client did not make a reasonable effort to allow the issue to be resolved during the trip.

13. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and used only for the purpose of providing travel services, processing bookings, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to complete your travel arrangements.
